Current approach
MindAssistant aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable European accessibility requirements. The service uses semantic controls, visible keyboard focus, labelled navigation, responsive layouts, text alternatives for meaningful imagery, readable contrast targets, reduced-motion support, and cues that do not rely on colour alone.
Known limitations
The application is evolving rapidly. Complex AI-generated forms, animated thinking states, charts, any future third-party hosted checkout and some legacy interface areas may still create barriers. A formal WCAG conformance audit has not yet been completed.

If you cannot use a feature, contact the operator and describe the page, device, browser, assistive technology and the task you were trying to complete. We will offer a reasonable alternative where possible.
