Merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for MindAssistant purchases and handles payment collection, taxes, receipts, chargebacks and payment refunds. The MindAssistant operator remains responsible for delivering the purchased service and responding to product-support requests.
EU/EEA withdrawal rights
Consumers may normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Before immediate generation of a personalised digital plan, MindAssistant asks for an express request to begin performance and an acknowledgement concerning the possible loss or reduction of the withdrawal right once performance begins. Mandatory rights still apply where the legal requirements for an exception are not met.
Problems with delivery
If payment is confirmed but the plan is not generated, access is materially defective, or the purchased service is not supplied, contact the operator promptly. We will investigate and provide repair, replacement, access restoration, price reduction or refund where required by law or appropriate in the circumstances.
Voluntary refund requests
Refund requests are assessed based on delivery status, use of the personalised plan, technical evidence, applicable consumer law and the published offer. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds in accordance with its merchant-of-record and chargeback processes. A refund can take several business days to appear on the original payment method.
