Purchase documents
Stripe Managed Payments hosts checkout and acts as merchant of record for eligible purchases. Checkout shows the order details before payment and Stripe provides the applicable receipt or invoice. Contact MindAssistant support first for delivery or access problems; approved refunds are processed through Stripe.
EU/EEA withdrawal rights
Consumers may normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. The treatment of a digital service that begins during that period depends on the type of service, how much has been performed, whether performance is complete, and whether the legally required express request, consent or acknowledgement was obtained. The checkout flow will present the applicable information before purchase. Mandatory rights continue to apply wherever the requirements for an exception or payment obligation are not met.
How to withdraw
Where a withdrawal right applies, send a clear statement to the operator before the deadline saying that you wish to withdraw. Include your name, account email, order number, purchase date, and the service purchased. No special wording is required. Keep a copy of your message.
Delivery and conformity problems
If payment is confirmed but the purchased service is not supplied, access does not work, or the service materially differs from what was agreed, contact the operator promptly. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be restoration, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, termination, or refund.
Voluntary refund requests
Any voluntary refund policy offered at checkout will supplement, not replace, mandatory consumer rights. Refund timing can depend on the payment provider and original payment method.
Access after a refund
When a full refund is confirmed, access linked to that purchase ends. Other valid purchases remain available. Repeated refunds or payment disputes may require an account review before another purchase or new plan can be started. These safeguards do not limit any mandatory consumer right or prevent you from contacting the operator to explain legitimate circumstances.
