2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and at least 18 years old to purchase a plan. Do not use another person’s account or submit information you are not authorised to provide.
3. The service
MindAssistant provides automated self-guidance, planning, task and reflection tools. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapist, emergency service, lawyer, accountant or financial adviser. AI output is informational and must be evaluated by you.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure. Do not attempt to bypass payment, access another user’s workspace, abuse the AI service, upload unlawful material, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected systems or use the service to harm yourself or another person.
5. Paid plans
Before checkout you will see the plan length, price and key features. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout, tax, receipts and payment processing. Access is activated only after a signed payment event is received.
6. Immediate performance
A personalised plan may start being generated immediately after payment. Where applicable, checkout asks you to expressly request performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge the consequences for your withdrawal right. Your statutory rights are not excluded where they cannot legally be excluded.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, safety controls or security incidents. Features may evolve, but material changes will not remove mandatory consumer rights or already purchased access without an appropriate remedy.
8. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the operator and necessary service providers permission to process that content solely to operate, secure and improve the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, MindAssistant is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output, indirect losses, or failures outside reasonable control. Consumer guarantees and remedies remain applicable.
10. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service, download your data and permanently delete your account through Profile → Data & privacy. Deletion removes your MindAssistant authentication account and planning data. A minimal anonymised payment ledger may remain where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes or legal claims. The operator may suspend access for security, unlawful use or material breach while preserving applicable rights to data access, refunds and legal records.
11. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and competent courts depend on the operator’s final legal identity and the consumer’s mandatory local protections. EU consumers keep the mandatory rights and courts available in their country of residence.
