MindAssistant is a product of Mind Solutions. The operator identified above is responsible for providing the MindAssistant service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and at least 18 years old to use or purchase the adult service. Do not use another person’s account or submit information you are not authorised to provide.
3. The service
MindAssistant provides automated self-guidance, planning, task, reflection, and progress-support tools. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapist, emergency service, lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser. Suggestions can be incomplete or wrong and must be evaluated by you.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure. Do not attempt to bypass payment or access controls, access another user’s workspace, abuse the AI service, upload unlawful material, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected systems or use the service to harm yourself or another person.
5. Orders and paid plans
MindAssistant sells time-limited, one-time access plans through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record for eligible purchases. Before placing an order, checkout shows the selected service, duration, total price, applicable taxes, and required consumer information. Access begins after payment is confirmed.
6. Withdrawal and immediate performance
Where EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rules apply, you will receive the legally required withdrawal information before purchase. If you expressly ask for a paid digital service to begin during a withdrawal period, the consequences depend on the nature and completion of the service and the applicable law. MindAssistant will request any consent or acknowledgement required before starting paid performance. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
7. Digital-service conformity
MindAssistant will provide the purchased digital service as agreed and with the functionality, compatibility, accessibility, continuity, and security required by applicable consumer law. If the service is not supplied or does not conform, you may be entitled to restoration, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or termination and reimbursement. Mandatory remedies are not limited by these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, external outages, safety controls, or security incidents. Features may evolve, but material changes will not remove mandatory consumer rights or already purchased access without an appropriate remedy.
9. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You permit the operator and necessary service providers to process that content only to provide, secure, support, and lawfully administer the requested service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, MindAssistant is not responsible for decisions made solely from automated suggestions, indirect losses, or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies remain applicable.
11. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service, download your data, and permanently delete your account through Profile → Data & privacy. Limited transaction records may remain where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal claims. The operator may suspend access for security, unlawful use, or material breach while preserving applicable rights to data access, refunds, and legal records.
12. Complaints, law and disputes
Contact the operator first so the complaint can be investigated promptly. These Terms are governed by Belgian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
