Not medical care
MindAssistant does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and does not replace a doctor, psychologist, therapist, addiction specialist or other qualified professional. Do not start, stop or change medication or treatment because of AI output.
Emergency situations
Do not use MindAssistant as an emergency channel. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, at risk of self-harm, unable to stay safe, experiencing severe withdrawal, violence, poisoning or another urgent medical situation, contact local emergency services and a trusted person immediately.
AI limitations
AI can misunderstand context, miss risk, provide unsuitable advice or produce incorrect statements. Safety filters reduce risk but cannot guarantee detection. Use your judgement, stop any task that feels unsafe, and seek qualified help when symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
Alcohol, substances and withdrawal
Sudden withdrawal from heavy or dependent alcohol or substance use can be medically dangerous. MindAssistant must not be used to design an unsupervised detox. Seek urgent medical guidance appropriate to your circumstances.
Scope
The service is intended for low-risk self-guidance, organisation, reflection and behaviour support. It is not suitable as the sole support for crisis care, safeguarding, severe psychiatric symptoms, acute medical problems or decisions affecting another person’s safety.
