2. Scope
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy. State privacy laws apply only when their statutory thresholds, exemptions and definitions are met. Rights therefore vary by state and by the operator's activities.
3. Categories and purposes
MindAssistant processes short-lived pre-account session and intake data, identifiers and account data, profile and wellbeing information you choose to provide, plans and interactions, purchase records, and necessary security or diagnostic data. It also keeps content-free, pseudonymous first-party funnel records for 30 days; those records contain allowlisted actions and coarse technical or acquisition context rather than private intake content. These categories are used to provide the service, preserve and personalise requested plans, fulfil orders, secure accounts, diagnose failures, understand whether product steps work, meet legal duties and answer privacy requests.
4. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
MindAssistant does not sell personal information and does not offer a financial incentive programme for personal information. Optional Google Ads and Meta advertising measurement runs according to the choices described in the Cookie & Storage Policy. Some state laws may define this activity as sharing or targeted advertising. You can decline or withdraw the optional advertising category through Privacy choices without losing access to the service.
5. Sensitive information
Some intake content may qualify as sensitive or consumer health information. It is processed to provide the plan you request and is not used to infer unrelated characteristics, advertise to you, build advertising audiences, or populate Google Ads or Meta events.
6. State rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling; limit specific uses of sensitive information; and appeal a denied request. MindAssistant already provides self-service export and account deletion under Profile → Data & privacy.
7. Verification and authorised agents
Requests may require reasonable verification. An authorised agent may be asked for proof of authority and the consumer may be asked to confirm the request directly, unless law provides otherwise. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
8. Consumer health data and incidents
Where a US consumer-health privacy or breach-notification rule applies, the operator must maintain the required notices, security controls, processor agreements and incident-response procedures. MindAssistant is not a healthcare provider and does not treat AI output as a diagnosis or clinical record.
9. Requests and appeals
Use Profile → Data & privacy for export or deletion, or contact the operator using the details above. State the right you are exercising and your state of residence. If an appeal right applies, label the message “Privacy appeal”.
