Cookie & Storage Policy

What MindAssistant stores in your browser and when consent is required.

Version 2026-07-25.2
Test-environment notice

The legal page structure is active, but the operator’s legal identity, address, contact email and enterprise number are not yet configured. Do not switch to live public sales until those details are supplied and the documents are reviewed for the actual business.

Current use

MindAssistant currently uses authentication cookies and local browser storage needed to sign you in, keep the selected workspace, preserve unfinished intake answers, remember essential interface state and prevent loss during retries. These functions are necessary to provide the service you request.

No optional tracking by default

The current release does not enable advertising cookies, social-media pixels, session replay or browser-level behavioural analytics. It records only aggregate daily counts for a small set of product routes, without storing an IP address, user-agent string, browser fingerprint or analytics identifier. No optional-cookie consent banner is shown for this configuration. This position must be reviewed before adding any analytics SDK, advertising technology, session replay or social plug-in.

Types of storage

  • Authentication/session storage managed by Supabase.
  • Local storage for cached workspace state, current plan selection and resilience during network or AI retries.
  • Aggregate server-side route counters that do not identify an individual visitor and do not write an analytics cookie.
  • Security and infrastructure cookies that may be set by hosting or payment providers when strictly necessary.
  • Lemon Squeezy storage on its hosted checkout, governed by Lemon Squeezy’s own notices.

Your controls

You can clear browser storage through your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or remove locally cached progress that has not yet synchronised. If optional technologies are introduced, MindAssistant must offer prior, granular and withdrawable consent before activating them where required.
